In particular, the Land Use, Natural Resources and Public Finance Department has represented clients before all of the major counties and cities in Southern California in successfully negotiating and processing development entitlements, development agreements, owner participation and disposition and development agreements with redevelopment agencies, school facilities mitigation agreements, public facilities construction and reimbursement agreements and public infrastructure financing agreements.
