Resources and Public Finance Department have extensive background

negotiating and processing development entitlements, development
agreements, owner participation and disposition and development
agreements with redevelopment agencies, school facilities mitigation
agreements, public facilities construction and reimbursement agreements
and public infrastructure financing agreements.
